To register for a Colombia Birdwatch tour a registration form and release of liability should be completed, signed, and returned to 1345 Johnson Ave, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. A $1000 (non-refundable) deposit is due to secure a spot on a tour. Full payment of the tour fee is due 90 days prior to the tour departure date. If cancellation is made 90 days or more before the tour departure date, a cancellation fee of $1000 per person (the deposit) will be charged. If cancellation is done fewer than 90 days before departure date, rescheduling for a trip within the first year is allowed. If not, no refund is available.
